We know that folks are worried about the economy and it's hurting us a lot as well.  It's not an ideal time for many folks to purchase new boats but we have all of our in-stock boats discounted to dealer cost for those that can take advantage of the current conditions (it won't make us any money but it will reduce our monthly interest expenses which will help).  Also, for those folks considering a Rosborough boat from Canada the current exchange rate is very favorable to the U.S. dollar which essentially results in a substantial discount on the boats.

We still could use some more service work (including boat upgrades, electronics installation, accessory installation, etc) to help us get through this period.  It's nice to have new boat sales but service is really the backbone of our business.

Service Special: We'll pay for the oil or give you a 10% discount (which ever is greater) for all Honda and Tohatsu engine full services.

Rosborough RF-246 Sedan Cruiser

by

E.Q. Harbor Service

Here are some photos of our most recently delivered RF-246 Sedan Cruiser.  This boat didn't have the hardtop extension over the cockpit and we designed and had a custom camper canvas fabricated.

The last photo also shows the bracket we installed on the Power Hull Extension to carry the dinghy motor (in this case a Honda BF2).

And, some photos of the interior of the boat.

An in-the-water shot:

The following photos are of a customer's Sedan Cruiser powered with twin Honda BF150 engines.  The radar mast on this boat was designed by us and custom fabricated by Brooks Marine Fabrication in Anacortes, WA.  It folds forward and rests in a cradle for trailering.

The following photos are of our personal Sedan Cruiser powered with twin Honda BF90 engines.

Below is the custom mast we designed for the RF-246.  It provides mounts for the Raymarine (or other) 4KW radome, the Sirius (or XM) satellite radio antenna, the GPS sensor, the all-around white navigation light and the VHF antenna. Link for more info.

In the photo below is the custom overhead console we developed for the RF-246.  It matches the interior of the boat and provides mounting space for the VHF radio, stereo remote (not shown), and the stereo.  It also has a storage cubby at each end and provides a "utility" room of sorts for all the wiring for the mast and the radios in the console. (Note: the wires seen in the openings at either end are not seen when the console is finished.  This photo was taken before the storage cubby boxes were installed.) Link for more info.

Below are a couple of photos of the helm station.  We typically install a 12" Raymarine E-120 integrated navigation package featuring a chartplotter, GPS, sounder, radar and AIS.  This system provides a great deal of information on one screen in front of the operator in a very organized manner.  Below the E-120 are the engine gauges consisting of two electronic tachs (on the right) and a fuel management system on the left.  To the left of the Honda gauges is the Raymarine S-1000 autopilot wireless controller.  Either a wooden (with spokes or rimmed) or a stainless wheel can be chosen. Probably due to our inclement weather and the amount of debris in the waters of the Pacific Northwest good wipers are important to us.  The left photo below shows the center window wiper we've installed with an articulated arm for maximum sweep.  The right photo shows the windshield washer system we've installed; it has a 3-liter reservoir and spray nozzles on the wiper arms (as used on autos) so that salt spray can be washed off easily and forward visibility maintained.
