Rosborough RF-246 Custom Wheelhouse
Pricing Note:  A fully rigged and outfitted RF-246 Custom Wheelhouse (with an integrated electronics suite) typically prices out around at $125,000 to $140,000.  At that price most folks have a ready-to-use boat with niceties (depending on price) such as a forced-air furnace, anchor windlass, cockpit hardtop, dinghy davit, and an integrated electronics package with GPS, chartplotting, fish finder, digital radar, and autopilot.  Main power at the lower price level might be a single Honda BF150 and at the higher price a pair of Honda BF135 engines.

Most customers have added between $15,000 and $25,000 in additional accessories and electronics to the base RF-246.  This includes quite a long list such as a furnace, cooktop, windlass, dinghy davit, inverter, water heater, canvas, and of course, electronics (and much, much more).

I don't want to dash anyone's hope of RF-246 ownership but once the hull is settled on and power chosen there are no really big numbers left to play with.  No one (so far) has chosen not to have any electronics and even if you chose the least expensive items you'd typically save less than half the cost of the typical system which changes the bottom line pricing on the boat less than 5%.  Money is money, and it's important but folks would rather not hamper the capabilites of the boat (and its systems) to save such a small percentage of the cost of the boat.
This RF-246 Custom Wheelhouse is shown with many optional items such as the radar mast, canvas, air conditioner, etc.
