The NEW Arima Fish On Series
The Sea Hunter 15 was first designed in 1979 when the
economy was in tough shape and gas prices were rising forcing a change to
smaller cars and trucks; a similarity we share today. In the ten
years from 1981 to 1991 Arima sold 783 of these basic boats because they'd
run nicely on a smaller engine such as the Johnson 35. Today we have
even better and more fuel efficient engines and the Arima hull is still an
outstanding choice for low-cost operation as well as being towed by much
smaller vehicles.
Over the years however, due to customer and dealer demands
many of the original options, and some newly developed ones, were added to
the "base" boat steadily raising its price. True enough, there we
some nice additions but additions nonetheless with higher costs. So,
Arima has gone back to basics and is introducing the Fish On Series; it's
the same high-quality hull and fitting just without a lot of the higher
cost options (such as hydraulic steering, stainless top bows, etc)
included in the pricing in these boats. Essentially, they're a
bigger "bang for the buck" for those looking for all the operational
benefits of the Arima without the fluff.
The New Fish On Series is available in the following
