About Us
E.Q. Harbor Service is a small, high-quality dealership dedicated to customer service and just plain "getting it right". We've been in business since 1985 (this is our 25th year) and are known (really all over the country) for our ability to help folks determine the best product for their needs and to custom rig boats to very high standards.
We're "straight up" kind of folks, you won't find the typical sales "games" and BS here that you might at other dealerships (not all of them of course, there are some good ones out there). We'll help you figure out what you need (or want), strive to deliver it the way you want it, and do it at the best price we can. We're all about the highest value for dollars spent by our customers; that doesn't always equate to the lowest price but sometimes cheap is just cheap and not worth it in the long run. We won't cut corners so if price is absolutely your primary factor and driving force you're welcome to check with us but we're not interesting in giving up quality for quantity.
We're also a massive force of three dedciated folks. It takes time to do things the right way and many projects we work on are one-of-a-kind and we have to work out the best way to implement those projects which also takes time. If you're a person that needs it yesterday there are better places to shop. Quality takes time, if you don't appreciate that concept we'll drive each other crazy. We try to keep rountine maintenance and repair in the shop rolling through quickly but rigging out new boats and customizing in-service boats just takes what it takes.
