2007 Rosborough RF-246 Custom Wheelhouse
This boat was sold and rigged by EQ when new and almost no expense was spared; from a fully custom interior to top-of-the-line equipment. We were working with an experienced owner and we pulled out all the stops to meet his requirements.
When the boat was delivered the total was over $170,000. It's being offered for a very reasonable $129,500. The boat is currently located in the Nashville, TN area and can be delivered anywhere in the U.S. or Canada (separate charges may apply).
You know you want to be there!
The Custom Wheelhouse model offers a huge cockpit with lots of room for socializing, watersports, or just hanging out in a gorgeous location. The cabin hardtop extends back beyond the rear cabin bulkhead to offer sun and rain protection without having to put up a canvas top.
We designed the canvas enclosures so that just the portion under the cabin top overhang can be enclosed or the whole cockpit can be enclosed for a huge inside space. Almost any combination of panels can be used so you can have the sides of the overhand closed off and the back open, or the aft Bimini up, and so forth. In addition the rear stainless support bows are mounted in quick-release fittings so (as shown in the photo on the left) you can fold up the rear top and move it forward to get it completely out of the way . Much time and effort (and money) was spent on the aft enclosure getting them "just so" and they constructed by an artisan canvasworker using top quality materials.

And yes, that's an air conditioner on the cabin top. This boat was destined for Tennessee and for operation all around the southeast where air conditioning is more than welcome at times. The air conditioner is not typically used underway. Since it requires AC power that would mean running a generator or running an inverter (and that would require more battery power than is available). Typically the aircon is used at the end of the day once at anchor or at the dock to allow the cabin to be closed up during the "buggy" evening hours and to cool the cabin before heading to bed.
Cool evenings and boating year round in colder parts of the country were taken into consideration as well with the installation of a Wallas 30D (diesel fired) furnace. Heat from the furnace is ducted aft in the main cabin as well as forward in the v-berth cabin.
